Payment Options
The Town of Bergman offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
PAY ONLINE
We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, PayStar. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the Green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.
PAY BY PHONE
Call Holt & Hudson at 870-741-7665 to pay by debit or credit card. There is a processing fee for this service.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Locations
You may pay your bill at these drop-off locations. As of June 1, 2021, cash and check payments will no longer be accepted inside the Holt and Hudsons CPA's office and no change will be provided.
For your convenience, we have Drop Boxes available at these locations.

Payment can be dropped off at Holt & Hudson CPAs at 1413 McCoy Dr. , Harrison, AR.
- There is a drive-up drop box at Holt & Hudson, located in the parking lot.
- We also have a secure drop box at the main entrance of Holt and Hudson.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
